This website is dedicated to discussing the various aspects of fascia and tendon pain and attempts to cut through the clutter of contradictory terminology that mars the study of these types of pain and how to get rid of it. There are lots of conflicting theories about why tendons and fascia experience long-term pain, and whether you call it tendinitis/fasciitis (like they do in the medical journals), tendonitis (like regular people and doctors do all the time) or tendonosis/fasciosis (probably the best choice, but not one that you’ll see very often), the fact is that long-term fascia and tendon problems are aggravating and adversely impact your ability to lead a normal life.
I have put together an ebook called Target Plantar Fasciitis and Post Tibial Tendonitis that provides a full discussion of tendon/fascia pain, the various therapies, and provides both rehab and nutritional advice for getting rid of long-term pain. But don’t feel obligated to buy the book right away – I’d prefer that you surf around the site, become familiar with the issues, and above all, take the free one-minute test before deciding whether or not to purchase. That way, you will have a good grounding and be able to get the most out of the book.
If you want to ask a question about anything, feel free to either leave a comment on one of the posts (preferred) or else fill out the form on the contact page.
Yours in good health,
